Great stands November 9, 2006 Audioholic954 (Minnesota) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
These are great speaker stands. I sprayed mine with polyurethane like another buyer suggested. Worked great. Easy to assemble. The only problem I ran into is that my speaker wire is so big (14 gauge) that it won't fit in the pre-drilled hole on the top of stand. Not a big deal. It's hidden most of the way up the stand in the back. Sanus makes very good stands!
Great stands. March 3, 2006 B. Stellar (PA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great for the money. They hold my Polk RT15 surrounds perfectly. Very stable & secure. Shop around, prices vary.
Good stands, given price August 20, 2008 Eric (Cleveland, OH) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These speaker stands were among the cheapest I found. The material is fairly light but sturdy, and the stands were easy to put together. Before you purchase, make sure to measure out the height of the stands as well as the size of the platform that holds the speaker -- the picture makes the stands seem taller than they are. I am using them to hold the front left and right speakers from an Onyko 7.1 speaker set. The speakers fit almost perfectly, although they are tall and easily able to be knocked off the stand.
My only criticisms is that the plastic snap-on back panels do not fully cover length of stand, letting light shine through the small gap in front where the two angled panels meet. This is a minor flaw and is not very noticeable unless in certain lighting/placement conditions.
great stands, esspecially for the money July 16, 2007 Xavier Stone (Watertown, MA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've been using these stands for a few weeks and they work great. I was a little unsure because of the price, but they are very sturdy and look quite nice. My surround setup sounds infinitely better now with the tweeters aimed at ear level and evenly spaced.
looks good, sturdy January 19, 2008 Akshay (San Jose) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Look good, sturdy, straight forward assembly. carpet spikes seem to work, stand + speaker didn't fall down during an earthquake
